At Claude and Me our items are all customised just for you, please take care when placing an order and ensure spelling is correct as we cannot accept returns on customised merchandise.
We have a strict 14 day returns policy - outside of this we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund items unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund for a change of mind. Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Claude and Me do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items or items purchased with a discount code. Return postage costs are the purchases responsibility and any exchange products will not be posted until postage costs are paid in full. If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it will take for your exchanged item to reach you will vary depending on your location. Please do consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service if you are returning an item with a high value. Without this, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. All our items are thoroughly checked before they leave the warehouse. However, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing photo evidence attached in an email to us at email@example.com.
For all items please always use the ‘cold hand wash’ option to avoid any damage. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly, we are unable to accept this back as a return but please contact us if you have any concerns
